Located in the Finsbury Circus conservation area, 20 Finsbury Circus is a 1920’s classic with a retained façade based near Liverpool Street Station. The building provides over 110,000 square feet of offices space with ground floor used as retail and six story of office space.

Maxwood Washrooms were commissioned to create a stunning washroom that reflected the building location and grand exterior. The new washroom design brings together contemporary fixtures and style to form a smart environment with considerate design touches.
